Steve Riches, CEO & Principal
Steve is an experienced trade show and event marketing executive and has worked in various sales and management roles in the exhibit industry. He has extensive experience in international exhibiting, trade show program management, and show-site project management. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Steve is trilingual (French, Spanish, English), and a dual citizen (U.S. & U.K.). He is an Executive Board Member & Vice President, Strategy at IFES, and a Board Director at EACA.
Karin Riches, CFO & Principal
Karin came to the exhibit industry from the human resources training and management consulting field. She has worked in CEO leadership development for the American Management Association, in sales for Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International, and for Dun and Bradstreet as a Business Analyst. Karin is a graduate of UCLA, with post-graduate business studies at Pepperdine University.
